COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Winner of the Bronze medal at the 2003 Great American Beer Festival. This mild German-style Hefeweizen (pronounced He-fe-vite-zin) is unfiltered and naturally cloudy from the generous use of malted wheat. The delicate spiciness gives way to a smooth, slightly sweet finish. The perfect beer for those warm weather days and everything in between.

~Pours a cloudy golden color. ~Light clove and banana scent. ~Taste is light and clovey with some yeasty banana flavoring. ~Creamy and crisp feel ~This is ok. Flavoring is too light. A little weird flavoring.

Enjoyed on tap at Oggi’s Encinits. Poured with the typical Hefe cloudiness and medium golden hue. The nose was somewhat spicy yet soft and pleasant. The flavor was that of mild wheat malts and was very easy to drink. The finish was extremely clean and paired very nicely with my hot wings.

On tap at Oggi’s Vista. Slightly cloudy yellow color. A bit of lemon in the aroma. Banana is pronounced when I taste it. Small medium bubble head that fades fast. Leans sweet. A hint of bitterness.

glendale location draft...yellow pour...yes yellow. orangey, lemon aroma with a bit of wheat and yeast. light bodied and very clean with lively carbonation. flavor is some how...reminiscent of watery orange kool-aid when we didn’t have money to buy enough sugar to make it taste right...i’m gonna go cry now
