UPDATED: JUL 11, 2022 Bottle @ Mike's House. Black in color with a tan head. Holy smokes. Cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate, coffee, and slight chili pepper. This stuff is really excellent. It's definitely a bit on the sweet side, but a nice balance of bitterness, spice, and earthiness. Maybe a little thinner than I'd want, but well done.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2020 500 ml bottle from Kane, 9/20/20. 2020 release that they did with Mexican Dessert. Pours a dark brown color with that fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Coffee and cinnamon coming through the strongest for me over some dark chocolate. There's also a fairly light chili heat.

juiceisloose (3847) - Windermere, Florida, USA - JUN 6, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 6, 2020 750 ml bottle. Pours nearly pitch black in color and topped by a thin beige head that fades to the body below. The aroma shows notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, coffee and vanilla over a dark roasted malt base with a hint of chili pepper spice. The flavor follows suit with notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, maple, and vanilla to go with the dark roasted coffee, chili pepper spice and some bitterness on the back end. Medium bodied and smooth with moderate carbonation that leads to a bitter sweet dark chocolate, maple, cinnamon, and roasted coffee on the finish. Solid and tasty breakfast style imperial porter. I enjoyed this one.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2020 Pours a deep, thick, dark brown, with mid-sized tan head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, chili. Flavor is chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate. This is one of the most incredibly well-balanced combos of flavors I've come across. The chili is just barely there, just enough to highlight the chocolate flavors. There's some coffee and maple syrup in the finish, but otherwise, this is like chocolate heaven. Really, really good!

Smooth and silky on the palate with great balance between the cinnamon, chocolate and chili peppers. Lingering cinnamon and chocolate cake on the finish with a lingering, peppery chili character.
