Leighton (33748) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 1, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 1, 2020 Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Bottled January 2017, drank March 2020. Pours mostly clear orange-good with a mellow, foamy white head. Gorgeous beer, much like a lambic but a little less intense, some grassy notes, tart citrus fruits, a little woody dryness. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Quenching finish, more citric tartness, restrained acidity, subtle grassy bitterness. Outstanding.

minutemat (14713) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2018
Keg @ Pint Shop Birmingham. I'm assuming it is this one, although it could be the oak-aged. Pours hazed gold, small white head. Nice fruity sour nose. Taste is wonderfully crisp, bright with a well-balanced funky sour character, some floral hints. Very good.
