Clear Amber color. The smell is sour and has a lot of apple flavor. The taste has subtile sour apple with a light but fitting carbonation. Dry calm and slight fruity sour aftertaste. Despite the alcohol content this beer feels light, and is sour, fruity and extremely drinkable.

Hazy brown-orange color with small head. Aroma of apple peel, some darker fruits, some wood. Taste is more apple peels, tartness, low carbonation, a bit candied sugar. Nice, but might still be a bit too young, despite the 8 months in the barrel.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours hazy orange, with little foam. Intense aroma of sour apples, hints of vinegar. Beautiful, but not overwhelming. A bit too pricy for what you get.
