UPDATED: FEB 16, 2024 375mL bottle blend #2, drunk 2/16/24 at the Brewery. Clear, dark violet-burgundy. No head. Chalk, mineral, earth, excellent grape skin and must. Juicy, tart, clean. Wow that's acidic but yet it dries out quickly and tapers off. Enough malt to balance, with juicy grape and plentiful terroir from wine. Earth, chalk, plaster, mineral, the works. Wouldn't hate a touch more beer character, but it is like fifty percent grape, so, hard to complain.
