Chalk, mineral, earth, excellent grape skin and must. Juicy, tart, clean.
Wow that's acidic but yet it dries out quickly and tapers off. Enough malt to balance, with juicy grape and plentiful terroir from wine. Earth, chalk, plaster, mineral, the works. Wouldn't hate a touch more beer character, but it is like fifty percent grape, so, hard to complain.

Taste comprises red grape must, wine barrel, light funk, damp oak, tannins, kiss of alcohol.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic bimble.
Top notch sour.
