On tap at Wiesenhof Hotel, Pertisau, Austria. Pours clear pale golden with huge longlived white head leaving very nice lacing. Aroma is fruity and sweetish malty. Malty and sweet flavor with some notes of hops. Lean acidy on palate. Finishes with a mix of fruity and bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 09/2009). Clear golden color, small to medium-sized white head. Aroma of grassy hops, lime and straw. Good maltyness, slightly grainy but also apple fruity. Light grassy hoppyness. Nothing exiciting, but robust Helles.

Bottle, shared by Papsoe and Ungstrup. It pours a clear, a bit pale golden body, topped by a small, white head. Grainy nose with some fruits and a hint of wet cardboard. There’s some sweetness in the flavor, with grains and fruits, but it’s lacking on bitterness. The finish is short and fruity. Medium body.
