COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

"Dawn"
A peculiar take on ginger beer. Brewed with substantial amount of lightly caramelized malts, ginger, Goldings hops and pinch of peppermint for a refreshing finish.

snowcrash000 (2268) - Cologne, GERMANY - APR 1, 2023
UPDATED: APR 1, 2023 Pours a cloudy, deep, reddish amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of doughy, caramel malt and ginger, with hints of red berries and mint as well. Taste is a great balance of doughy, caramel malt and bitter, herbal, slightly spicy and fruity hops, with light notes of red berries and citrus, as well as strong notes of ginger and mint. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some ginger and mint lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. I've had quite a few beers from this brewery now and enjoyed them all thoroughly for their uniqueness and balance. While this one is probably not going to be for everyone, I enjoyed this very much as well, but I am a big fan of herbal beers. While the ginger and mint play the lead role here, there are still hints of the malts and hops poking through, without the herbal additions feeling overdone. The caramel malt sweetness provides a good counterpoint to the ginger spiciness, while the herbal, spicy hops fit right in here.

DocuDrinks (2430) - Riga, LATVIA - JUN 9, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2019 Smell- weak, peppermint, ginger soon overwhelm it. Later in glass peppermint overwhelms ginger. Foam- thin, large in mouth, bit to watery side,, ginger notes with some sweetness. Head is creamy white color. Appearance- hazy orange, brown color with some carbonation. Taste- herbal, sweet, peppermint, some ginger, candy, cough syrup (in a good way). Very herbal and sweet, very nice, sweet, and smell feels like peppermint candy.

On tap at Labietis Centraltirgus, pours a hazy copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of ginger and mint. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh ginger, accentuated by light mint leaves. Fresh, spicy and herbal. Pretty damn nice for what it is.

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Light crisp palate. Smooth light sweetish malts. Ginger bread and light fruits. Smooth light mint. Crisp finish. Unusual and tasty, kinda the hallmark of this brewery.
