UPDATED: JUL 18, 2021 Keg at CW Family & Friends, Session 1 @Manchester Central, 21/02/20. Hazed pinkish orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, citric zest, balsa wood, damp hay, grains. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, cherry skins, grass, funk, yeast esters, light spice, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an acidic ripple. Decent.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2021 2021/06/27 - Pours a translucent light pink/orange colour with a thin, white head that quickly reduces and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is tart cherries, brett funk, light vinegar and hints of cinnamon. Taste is tart cherries, oak, brett and light cinnamon. Mouthfeel is medium with light carbonation and a long, tart, juicy finish.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2020 Pink pour, small white head. Character of cherry and raspberry. with light notes of oak and cinnamon. Alright.

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2020 Bottled 650ml. -from Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko and hrabren. Pinkish coloured, minimal white head, cherry and brett in the nose. Sour taste, cherries, light spices, mild vanilla and cinnamon with notes of brett. Sour finish. Nice one.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2020 Bottled. Thx guys for sharing. Murky chalky red body, almost no head. Fermented, light glue cherry notes, brett, okay. The taste is the same, pretty nice full cherries, completely dried out by brett, almost juicy, but dry, bitter and lightly salty, actually quite drinkable.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2020 Bottled. Hazy pink body, small white head. The aroma has strong aged cherries and some citrus. The taste is aged, spicy, tart. Nice cinnamon in the finish.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2020 Another lovely addition to this series. Perfect balance of dry tart funk and sweetness from the cherries. Complex and tasty.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2020 Pours slightly hazed magenta into a tulip. Pink head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sour cherry aromas. Tart with cherry and funk upfront turning dry with tart cherry and aspirin creating salivary overload in the lasting finish.
