UPDATED: JAN 31, 2024 440ml can (4% ABV) from KWM Wines: BB 25th May 2024. Drank at my dad's down in Devon on 31st January 2024. Slight mist in the golden body, wispy white covering for a head. Semi-sweet citrussy feel to this one with an orange leaning, becomes more bitter as it warms in the glass.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2022 Cask Stillage at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2017, Nottingham Castle 11/10/2017 Malt and hop aromas. Lacy white head. Clear golden coloured hoppy and very pale. Creamy on the palate with a hint of dryness in a lasting malt finish.

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2022 Mourne Mountain Mourne Gold 5.0%. Golden, citrus aroma, medium bodied, pale malt, citrus, hint of caramel. Lovely Golden Ale from Warrenpoint. 🇬🇧☘️

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2021 Can. Pours a deep gold colour with a tight white head, plenty of fruit especially orange in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness and fruity with a dry bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2021 Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep golden with a proportionate snow white head. Nose - orange and brown bread. Taste - biscuit and brown bread. Orange zest, going into marmalade. Palate - tangy and light to medium bodied. Dry-ish tangy finish. Overall - quite nice.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt - sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruit, light butterscotch touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171011]

07Aug2019 Sweet grain and cereal malts, bread, straw, light, sweet citrus fruits. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More sweet grain and cereal malts, wet straw, orange peel, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Decent. Cask at GBBF19.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2019 Cask at GBBF 2019. Moderately hopped with a little citrus and some resiny malt. Solid session beer.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2019 Pint at the Crown Liquor Saloon in Belfast. Dirty gold in color with a decent sized off white head. Bready toasty malty with some light diacetyl. not bad.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2019 Cask at Crown Bar in Belfast. Mostly clear gold with white head fading quickly. Freshly cut hay aroma. Slight floral and grain in the taste.
