Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso frumento, fragola, fruttato e speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il finale è brusco. Al gusto vengono donati toni di fragola e di citrico.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours clear orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is moderate strawberries, earthy and husky wheat malt. Flavor is tart strawberries, earthy wheat malt, light yeast notes and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour yeasty aroma. Fruity weak sour tart flavor. Has a fruity sour tart spicy finish.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2016 On tap. Colore oro/arancio. Breve schiuma, poco significativa, in rapida dissolvenza. Naso molto fresco di pecorino, fragoline, limone, margherite di campo, bubblegum, ananas, mango, acidità citrica. Carbonazione da vivace a intensa. Aroma di fragoline fresche, bubblegum, lontana sensazione di plastica e gomma pane. Vivace sensazione come di oude geuze. Dopo beva leggermente pungente e allappante. Una proposta abbastanza valida, caratterizzata da una discreta acidità fruttata, molto accessibile, dissetante e piacevole.

33cl bottle from Grand Cru, Rimini. It pours a lightly hazed pale golden color with a small fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is funky musty full of strawberries, brett, dust, light mould, lemon and funk. Taste has more strawberries, esters, dust, must, funky basement, light tangy citrus. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, very tasty and drinkable

0,33 bottle purchased at Toccalmatto beer store at the place of origin, consumed in Kosovo. Pours the closest to red gold color, very bright a bit hazy. Little white gassy foam with minimal retention but some lacing. Nose: strawberry grapes (uva fragola), tons of strawberry grapes indeed. A bit of a misty room feel, a bit winey. The wheat-straw note comes up as the beer warms up. Different nose, but quite interesting. Mouth: frizzy spumante-like carbonation, wheat start, cereals, an hidden sensation of drinking a rose-wine. Extremely dry, a bit astringent but so different...and certainly tasty.
