Get a nice bit of berry sweetness and tartness along with a slightly sweet apple base. A bit of tannic apple skin as well. Flavor is a bit on the tart side and also has a slight herbal quality. Not a ton of bourbon, but I do get a bit of oak and general booziness. Kind of a thin body on this. Okay.

Aroma is buttery, bourbon, berry notes, cherry sweets, vanilla. Flavour is composed of light grains, vanilla, elberberry, spicy bourbon, plum, jammy fruit. . Palate is light tangy, moderate carboantion. Nice.

Novel stuff, minimal apple character to be fair, some lightly tangy berries, moderate bitterness, light vanilla notes. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Soft warmth in the finish, more dried berries in the finish, a little oxidation. Pretty tasty.
