from la Mise en Bière - cloudy amber-orange beer with a persistent white foam; notes of cherry marmelade hit first followed by some wheat; pretty highly carbonated, some light sweetness and a decent sourness; herbal and cherryish aftertaste, fizzy and with some residual sugars; light yeasty - pretty good
