UPDATED: JUN 2, 2019 500ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear red color and topped by a small off white layer of foam that fades away quickly and body below. The aroma shows notes of tart blackberries, lemons, gin botanicals, mint, and loads of sour funk to go with some dark malts and oak. The flavor follows with the tart blackberries, lemons, mint, and floral gin notes up front and followed by dark malts, oak laden funk, minerals, and ample sourness. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a tart blackberry, lemon, mint, oak, and Gin botanicals on the finish. Really interesting sour with the use of Gin barrels. Tasty stuff.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2019 Pinkish amber color with sour aroma. Taste starts sour and finishes with tart berry and citrus flavors. Not overpowering fruit.

Clear dark red amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white with a pink note coloured head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, frutiy yeast, bramble berry, gin, lemon, funky, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, berries, funky, wood, gin, lemony, light artificial alike berries. IMO. odd ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180414]

UPDATED: APR 24, 2018 Bottle from Travlr been I my cellar forever. Garnet colored beer, light pink head faded. Aroma is berries, peaches, black pepper, hint of wet dog. Taste is lemon, berries, oak and black pepper. Palate is medium, carbonation moderate.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Tasting 20180414. Hazy red body with a small pinkish head. Spearmint chewing gum, blackberries, tart, funk. The spearmint doesn't work for me.

Bottle @ Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear to cloudy red body with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is fruity, sweet and hints of tartness. Hints of the gin Barrel is apparent. Spearmint. Taste tart berry. Lemon and Blackberry is present. Medium body, medium carbonation.
