ddesprez (112) - Saint-Marcel, FRANCE - NOV 7, 2016
Bière ambrée haute fermentation avec des teintes oranges et une mousse de couleur blanche. Les arômes fruités et herbacés sont très équilibrés. Le corps amène des notes fines de chocolat amère et d’oranges avec un final légèrement acide.

Orangey, somewhat yeasty aroma. Sweet and malty, notes of melon. Medium bodied, lightly salty finish

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 16, 2015
from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Strasbourg - very hazy dark amber-oranger beer with a long lasting pale beige foam; very yeasty, bready and light estery aroma with notes of caramel; fizzy, light sweet and medium-bodied; some tart earthy notes before a long bready, caramelish and gently fruity finish - again too much yeast character like other of their beers, but otherwise ok

Bottle from terre de boissons calais. Clear amber lasting beige head. Perfumed aroma. It’s a decent perfumed amber biere de garde. Pretty drinkable. Ok.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours hazy amber to orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light yeasty and mild caramelish. Sweet, fruity and mellow yeasty flavoured. Sweet, yeasty and fruity finish.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2009
Bottled A big gusher of a beer whcih then pours a muddy ugly ginger colour with no head. Much better in the mouth and on the nose with bitter chocolate and orange notes throughout. A little woodiness. Nicely hopped. A slight hint of sourness. Not too shabby

imdownthepub (26058) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2007
Bottled, 330ml, aged 2.5yrs. From Bieres et Biers, Thaons les Vosges, France. Clear amber with white head. A nice surprise this, fruity and herby by equal measure, could have sworn there was Thyme in there somewhere. Some caramel sweetness and a smooth port like alcohol. The ageing has worked nicely with this.

joergen (41418) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2005
Bottled. Hazy orange coloured with a small off white head. Aroma of malts, fruits and spices. Flavour of herbs, fruits and corn with hoppy notes.
