(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of lemon, hay, white bread, barnyard, some brett and green apples. Fruity taste with lemon peel, white bread, hay, slightly funky yeast, barnyard, apples and a dry finish with a light tartness and low bitterness. Light body, quite dry. On the thin side, but tasty and refreshing with a fresh funk character. Quite nice.

Robe dorée, légèrement trouble, fine mousse peu persistante. Nez sur les agrumes, la bergamotte, le poivre, les épices, les céréales, belle élégance. Bouche à l’attaque acidulée, fine bulle, de la tension et une finale fraîche sur les agrumes. Une saison tout en élégance, de soif.

Bottle, 33cL. 2.8%. Home. From "Le Houblon" (Poitiers, Poitevin, FR). A straw-colored clear beer ; few bubbles ; small white head ; short retention. Herb, fruits (lemon, lime, grapefruit), light resin, light barnyard. Medium dry bitter refreshing, light sweet, light acid. Light body, thin texture, avearge carbonation, fruity acid lasting dry finish. Overall, very good, great !

Draft. Golden with some off-white head. Lemon, hay, malt, green apples aroma. Fruity lightly sour flavour with a slight tartness and barnyard notes. Not bad for a low ABV.

Tap @ punavuoren Ahven. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Barnyard, funky nose. Funky, apricotty flavors, very light obviously. Nice to have a low alcoholic beer with such nice barnyard notes.

Pours hazy orange with a low white head. Aromas of citrus, elderberry, green apples, gooseberry, minerals. Taste is citrusy and somewhat tart. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation and quite dry.

Tap@Taphouse 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - golden coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, some barnyard yeast, zesty citrus lemon notes into the close.

Flaske delt med Ovesen på Holmens aktivitetsdag: blek og uklar strågul med svært kort skum. Duft og smak som minner om friskpressede citroner. Mild bitterhet, kort men god ettersmak. Perfekt i solvarmen på terrassen denne flotte maidagen. Avslutningen blir litt besk, a la citron/appelsinskall. Mye smak i uvant lavvoltstyrke.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 06.05.17. Hazy pale peach colour. Small white head. Aroma of lychee and frehly squashed lemons. Similar taste, with medium bitterness. Very good! Fresh lemon bitternesd is lingering on.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2017 Draught at Taphouse. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, yeasts and spicy notes. Taste is bitter. Light to medium bodied. Finishes dry and subtle fruity-spicy with yeasts. Very nice considering the low abv.
