UPDATED: JAN 24, 2020 Bottle. Milky, clear pour. Mild aroma of fruit. Taste is fruit (citrus), and rice. Just learning about Sake.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2019 Havent tried many sakes and still don't know alot about it but I do appreciate a good nigori, and this is simply that, a good nigori. Rather thick and milky in the mouthfeel, almost like full fat cream, but more chalky texture. The flavour is fresh fruit, citrus, honeydew melon. Very nice, but of course best cold.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2018 A sweet, fruity sake. Unfiltered so it has a milky appearance and leaves a little chalky grit on the palate. Notes of melon and grape. Nice.

Sample @ Madrid Fusion. Milky color, very dense. Aroma has notes of rice with sweet hints. Flavor with a high presence of rice, water with rice and banana. Particles are detected on palate, very dense.

Bevuto freddo (temperatura consigliata). L’intensità olfattiva è flebile e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. L’aspetto del liquido è opalescente. Il corpo è rotondo, di struttura cremosa. L’aroma alla lingua è molto dolce. L’acido è piacevolmente medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è astringente, lungo e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato sentori di yogurt e cocco.

Milky white color with grainy residue on the glass. Big chunk of gunk in the bottom of the bottle before shaking it. Alcohol, banana, fudge, butterscotch scent. Banana, grainy taste. Chalky, grainy, residue in the mouth and on the teeth. Alcohol, fruity aftertaste and finish.

Danke an Colin. Mild hefig alkoholischer Antrunk. Deutlich hefiger Antrunk, so trüb, dass sich die Trübung im wahrsten Sinne auf den Zähnen absetzt. Sehr süffig, mild fruchtig, Noten von Banane, etwas Mango. Sehr interessant! 10/9/10/9/13/9
