UPDATED: JUN 14, 2019 Joli robe dorée mais mousse un peu légère. Amertume comme je les aime. Bière qui dégage une certaine fraîcheur.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2018 Blonde à très haute mousse, pétillement actif. Arômes maltés, caramel-miel, taillaule et fruits blancs. Goût plaisant, avec les mêmes tons, douceur maltée et notes de raisin et reine-claude, fleurs. des airs d'Ale.

Bouteille 33cl buvette Hauta-Chia BB 01/10/2017. Dorée, léger orange, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné virant sur le noble avec un léger renfort d’effluves de grains, malt pils et léger pâle. Palais est léger axé sur un malt pils frais offrant un bel aspect organique. Pointe d’amertume houblonné restant sur une teneur noble - léger fleuri. Simple, efficace restant cependant dans une lignée très classique. Cool pour une pause en montagne.

I share this bottle with one friend at Mossel yesterday. Personnaly, I found this lager correct, it is unbelivable to observe so many micro breweries but I think that it is an effect of fashion, I hope that I am wrong. I remembered this village for the disco. The color is for a lager brown and troubled, something different than usual, thin and brown/white head. The taste is malty, bready and good hop, the taste is what a lager should have to be, refreshing, simple and tasteful.
