caribou43 (3090) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 12, 2017I was in the coop caroline with my wife and I saw a can of cardinal, but I was pleasantly that it was a new one, of course coming from Rheinfelden. I bought it and I tried this can directly at home for the
supper, this last monday. I was a bit afraid about this "cardinal" but I was pleasantly surprised and it is drinkable. The color is yellow and troubled, normal carbonation, thin and white foam, a bit sparkling. The taste is malty, sweet, sensation of wheat, some hop, grapefruit, a bit citrus and well balanced during all the sips, important to drink it cold, good summer edition.
