COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
I, Qui-Gon, testait l’alcoolémie d’Anakin.

labeerinthum (7949) - Milano, ITALY - DEC 30, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 Bottiglia.

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2021 Brune ambrée, mousse beige explosive, envahissante et interminable. Amer d'herbes-résine-pointe d'agrumes.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2020 hazy amber colour, huge, dense and stable beige-ish ecru head; aroma of butterscotch, biscuits, toasted rye bread and slight roaste nutty notes; taste has the same notes with less intensity; correct one, though I,m not sure that it is an APA

eduardovl (1832) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 1, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2019 330ml bottle served in a pilsener glass. Pours a hazy orange color forming a medium creamy and soapy off white head with good persistence. Soapy lacings are formed and left in the glass. Nose is bready, fruity and flowery. Strong notes of sweet pale malts, grassy and resinous hops profile. Slightly citrus. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Strong notes of sweet pale malts and tropical fruits: mango and passion fruit. Notes of grapefruit. Good bitterness. Medium and lingering bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Grassy and resinous aftertaste. Good drinkability. Good APA.

@festibière de Genève - quite clear amber-golden beer with a beige foam left; spicy, fruity and resiney hoppiness; subtle carbonation, medium-bodied, tasty; chewy; quite bitter; long spicy and fruity hoppy finish; light residual sweetness

I drank directly this beer at the Comptoir Lausanne, from the tap. In my personnal opinion, it is an average beer, not a strong american pale ale but I could say one bitter. The body is brown/copper and troubled, white foam staying some seconds, normal carbonation. The taste is watery, hop, malt, fruity and a bit bready, not a bad one.

Bottle from Drinks of the World, Geneva. Fairly deep amber pour with a massive, craggy head. Delayed gusher! Strong burnt brown sugar on the nose. Some caramelized orange peel. Gentle shaggy, leafy hoppiness. A bit of black tea. Unfortunate creamed corn / stewed vegetable flavors bring down the experience, as does the very high level of carbonation. Beyond that, I get some caramel and nutty malt character. Leafy bitterness. A touch of metallic tang. Overall, there’s some issues here.
