COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hienosto-Gose on tuorein jäsen laumassamme. Gose on oluttyylinä hieman hapan pikantilla suolalla maustettuna.

Mauksi on valikoitunut mustikka ja mustaherukka, joista tämä jalojuoma saa myös värinsä. Pirtelömäinen koostumus on rakennettu kauralla, vaniljalla ja laktoosisokerilla.

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2023 Bottled. Deep red colour, mediumsized pink head. Aroma is salty, some lingonberry, mild blackberries and some sweetish notes. Flavour is blackberries, lingonberries, mild and some slight wooden notes. Pleasant. And actually nicely bodied for being only 3.8 %. Pleasant!

Red beer with lighter, huge pink head. Aroma has salt and red berries and it reminds me a lot of red wine. Taste has also salt and berries in good balance. Not too sour or salty. Decent.

Smell of sour fruit, berries. Purple colour, pink head. Aroma of blackcurrant, some dry white wine. Finishes with a faint of vanilla. Lightly sour, finishes lightly sweet. Lively carbon, light body. Tastes mostly like blackcurrant juice. This is not a gose, it's a generic fruit beer.

Really sweaty leathery aroma. Sweat leads to the salt. Salt even leads to liquorice sweets. Some tar too; include birch sap in that. What a mix, all from about 5 sniffs. However, as complex as that might seem, it's not a great aroma. In fact, it's not even a particularly good aroma, it's just all over the place. Very dark berry red, persistent small off-white head. Tart palate, gently sour. Taste is extremely dusty - it's how I imagine the ousides of the bottles in my cellar taste, were I to lick them. Was that a cobweb? Salt relatively low, but who cares, the rest of the taste is bad enough that a bit of salt won't ruin it. Pretty middle-of-the-road modern fake sour. Meh. Bonus point because whilst cogitating I finished the glass - which makes it better than the rest of the tray.

330ml bottle from Pien. Pours deep dark pinkish red with a light pink head. Aroma of tartish berries, vanilla, blackcurrant, blueberries and hints of lactic sourness. Taste is smooth, slightly tart and sweetish with loads of juicy blackcurrant, blueberries, hints of vanilla, tartness and sourness. Finish is slightly salty, smooth and juicy with loads of berries, hints of vanilla and very mild tartness. Okay, very smooth for a gose and a total berry juice overdose, could've used some more aggressive tartness or sourness.

A dark red, a head is small and pink. Aroma has sour berries, some mustyness, ruined home-juicy. Taste has fermented home-juicy, some blueberries, quite horrible. Light bodied. Ruined.

Unde (2025) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 28, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2017 Blackcurrant juice looks with small head which formed a cloud in the corner of the glass. Aroma has blackcurrant, vanilla, blueberries, salty notes, sour red berries as well. Taste goes sour, sweetness comes from blueberries, blackcurrant and vanilla. Seasalt balances the sweetness of the berries. Quite elegant sour with lots of stuff going on. Lightish body high carbonation as the gose usually has.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Colour is deep red with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Red berries, blue berries, some sourness and dryness. Palate is very flourish and quite unpleasant for some reason.
