UPDATED: APR 6, 2024 330mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out cotton candy, candi sugar, and some floral notes. Flavour has a fairly complex Belgian yeast character, some spiciness, light candi sugar, and an above-average carbonation to boot. Not the most complex tripel, but it’s structured well and quite drinkable. Solid enough.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2024 Dorada consistentemente, turbia de dos dedos de espuma blanca, bastante cremosa y duradera. Rico, aroma, de predominio herbal donde predomina el clavo. Notas citricas. Suave en boca con buen punto de gas. Excelente sabor en linea de las mejores del estilo, especiada, naranja amarga, notas herbales. De amargor creciente que llega a ser intenso y seco en el postgusto. Tono ligeramente alcohólico, pero bajo para la graduación que tiene.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2023 Copenhagen 29/8 2023. 33 cl bottle from Spar, Langestraat, Oostende. Dark blue label with a cliff standing proud in a roaring sea. Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with a yeasty touch. Sweet banana and orange jam. Whiff of metallic alcohol. Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and fruity. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry. Solid Triple where I notice the alcohol but it doesn’t take the overhand.
