Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, oak, sorrel, old rope, mild vinegar, sour stonefruit, grass, minerals, flowers, light malts, yeast, berry skin, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Nice.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2024 6.9% … 41 blend 20/21 ….. Clear deep golden pour with a thin white bubbly head and no lacing …. Aroma of grains, barnyard, sour, fruits, grassy hops, grapes, floral, lemons and hay ….. taste is of bitter dry hops, lemon, sour, grapes, tart and grainy ….. grass and hay ….. mouthfeel is soft despite the dry sour and bitter flavors ….. finish is of dry, sour and tart lemon, grass, grains and oak ….has a nice Barrel character …. Heck of a brew, great mouthfeel

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2024 Bottle. 2021 version. Pours a cloudy orange hue with a large white head. A big barnyard funky brett nose, some oak. Tart berries, woody, funky fruit skin, grapes. Very good.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2024 Flaska från Systembolaget. Season 20/21 Blend No 41 Gyllenorange öl med ett kvardröjande smutsvitt skum. Doft och smak av hö, funkighet, citrus, vinösa toner, stall, gröna äpplen och lätta läder och fattoner. Komplex öl.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2024 Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Lambik O Droom. ABV noted at 6.0%. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with moderate acidity, notes of pale wood, dried grass, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, mellow citric pucker, more pale woody dryness, nips of grassy bitterness. Very drinkable, refined and rounded.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2024 Bottle at Miro's. Hazy folden yellow color white edge head. Aroma of hay and lemon. Taste has lots of funk, dust, damp basements. Very tasty

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2023 Bottle at home, season 2021, blend no.42. Pours orangeish with no head. Surprisingly intense acidity shows upfront, sharp, simple, not quite complex, also fairly acetic initially. It definitely opens up with some time, the acidity is way less harsh, the vinegar is almost completely gone. In fact it’s fairly fruity, peachy, citric and zesty, the funk is also lower than expected tho. Softly carbonated, easy to drink. Pretty rough first up, but then smoothes out very nicely.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2023 [Blend n° 58 - season 21/22] 375ml bottle. Clear amber with a thin foamy white head. Flavors are oak, lemon peel and peach with earthy and funky notes. Gentle acetic acidity. Light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, slick texture.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2023 Ordered online at Le salon des vins at a hefty price, considering LCBO got it recently at almost half the price I paid, shared with my lady friend while preparing our fondue late supper. Beautiful lambic, tasty and rare to find, until LCBO got it.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2023 Bottle, 375ml corked. An unclear orange-goldem colored beer with close to no head. More or less no carbonation either. Funky, fruity aroma, with peach hints, leather, barnyard and some bready pale malts. It's medium bodied, tart and pleasantly carbonated, with grapes, gooseberry and peach flavors. Some grass, hay and bread, and a good dash of funk. Leather, barnyard and horse blanket hints. Lasting finish. Goes down super-easily, but it ain't the most complex 3F beer I've had. 231201
