UPDATED: SEP 4, 2023 [as Felsenau Bärner Weizen] Bottiglia. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2020 Pale golden color with very cloudy liquid. Nose of yeast and banana. In the mouth its full body makes appearance and leaves a taste sweet and a bit acidic with short finish. Nice weiss!

I drank this beer this afternoon after the visit of the zoo. To be honest, it is a drinkable one. The smell at the nose is banana and yeast. After when you drink there is, of course, the side of banana, yeast, wheat but there is a side a bit unpleadant with the alcohol, a bit metalic, even though it is a drinkable and average weizen with a nice yellow and creamy body.

Cloudy golden color with thin foam head. The smell has a lot of banana and yeast. The taste is sadly a bit watery and milky. Otherwise a nice banana yeast heavy weizen. Calm aftertaste.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Has a bit of a rotten smell, but a very nice slight sour taste appears in the mouth, making it smooth to drink. I’m torn, because it could be good but the smell ruins it.
