Thin body, moderately fizzy, very dry. Mild funk, faintly sweet, some toast. Reminds me of Champaign a little bit. Nothing crazy here, just a nice, balanced sour ale.

Poured a bright yellow color, small wispy head. Aroma was tart lemon, lime. Light acid. Aroma was tangy tart acidic notes, some woody oak.
