That was definitely a fine one. Well, the huge ABV hit me hard but beside this it offered cake and cookies with a touch of sugar and raisins. Well, behind that you really taste the huge alcohol but the aromas are more in the dominance. Thumbs up for that one.

Bottle from Calisky - many thanks, Fred! The beer has got a deep dark brown / blackish colour with an low head and medium body. Aroma of raisins, malt and peat. Taste of malt, dark bread, prunes, raisins, acid and barley. Light unpleasant acid-malty finish with lacking some body. Drinkable and good, though.

Clear reddish brown colour, beige head. Aroma of liquorice, caramel, honey, honingdrop. Sweet, light bitter flavour. Sticky finish, liquorice and caramel.
Imho the best one tasted of the Alsacienne four seasons series.
