Ungstrup (51341) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 6, 2011Draft. A light amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and lots of spices among them all spice. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices on a malty background, leading to a dry and spicy finish.

Very little aroma - hints of being a pale lager. Crisp carbonation. Fortunately some flowery noble hop in the mouth, and a clean malty bitter finish.
omhper (40310) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 16, 2009Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, rich head. Fruity pepper nose. Sweet and fruity with strong notes of white pepper and some milder butter, caramel and viola. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. No bitterness. Quite interesting.
oh6gdx (45088) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAR 3, 2009Bottled (thanks Bov!). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel, spices (cardamom/clove) and quite strong on breadyness. Flavour is very spicy and also bready. Some caramelly malty notes. Quite nice and different brew.
Embrouille (2879) - SWITZERLAND - JAN 8, 2009Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy amber beer with a decent white head. Sweet nose with hints of coconut, cinnamon and candied fruits. Flat palate. Sweetish taste. Low bitterness. Candy, cinnamon and coconut appearing in the flavor. Watery. Some lacework. Unpleasant finish. I didn’t really enjoy this beer. Thanks Bov!
