DraftPours23 (2978) - FRANCE - JAN 23, 2020UPDATED: JAN 23, 2020 Robe ambré clair, trouble, quasi opaque, mousse colorée assez abondante et épaisse, plutôt tenace, belle carbo. Nez très résineux, agrumes. Attaque fort amère, résineuse, puissante, persistante... C'est mastard ! Bien fait mais pas trop mon style. Texture légère mais pas aqueuse, sécheresse modérée.
dutchdarthvader (2153) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 29, 2019UPDATED: MAY 29, 2019 Tap @ Gollem Craft Beers - Amstelstraat, Amsterdam V 2019. Proefglas
brownaler (1058) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAY 26, 2019UPDATED: MAY 26, 2019 A bit a citrus hops with a cardboardish malt profile. Could be an old beer, but it’s not a good ipa.
The Etruscan (964) - Tuscany, ITALY - APR 21, 2019UPDATED: APR 21, 2019 Beige creamy head. Dark amber colour. Aroma is moderately malty with hoppy, dried fruits and caramel notes. Aroma is moderately malty with hoppy, caramel and fruity (dried fruits and prunes), ending in an hoppy finish. Medium bodied.
Jabah (2555) - Fairfax, Virginia, USA - APR 8, 2019UPDATED: APR 8, 2019 Solid all-around IPA. Leans towards the West Coast/hoppy side. Light orange appearance with not that much malt. I'd compare it to Bell's Two-Hearted or something along that line. Citrus flavors with quite a bitter front and finish. A little better than expected. Sampled a single that my neighbor gave me from his 6-pack, but this is something I will look for in the future.
crossovert (17165) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 11, 2018355ml can. Golden pour, hazy, aroma is pine caramel, flavor rindy citrus, not very great.
Dorqui (3332) - Brescia, ITALY - AUG 30, 2018Canned 0,355L. Dark golden/orange color, fraught and hazy with bubbly and lively aspect, good foamy head of medium duration. Intence citrus and riped grapes aroma, notes of orange, flowery, yeast. Resin and pale malty palate, hoppy and cortex notes, good alcoholic and bitterish content, not much prickly and oiled textur.
Maakun (10309) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 19, 2018Tap at Brody’s. Bit hazy dark golden with fluffy but lasting off white head. Sweet malts, tea, caramel, light orange and grapefruit, bitter grassy hops, light herbs, soft doughy notes with a touch again of caramel and roast. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Meh, I don’t get why you should import this to Europe actually.
