Zilb	3.2 La Sedane Triple 2 ans et 6 mois après embouteillage avec sandwiches comté affiné, jambon sec et olives. Bière ambrée, pas de mousse, carbo importante. Enormement de levure en fond de bouteille. Arôme caramel et alcool dans le style barley wine. En bouche, caramel et rondeur grâce à l?alcool. Malt bien présent. Tres douce. Légère amertume finale. La levure en fond de bouteille amène des fruits (banane et citron) et des epices (girofle) et masque l?alcool. Bien mais plus barley wine que triple sans la levure.
