The palate is medium light bodied, has light carbonation; the mouthfeel is watery, and has a medium bitter finish. dandeman	3 Benelux Ablution Malts biscuités, miel, poires, pommes, aromes de tire-éponge et de légères notes vineuses dans un olfactif spécial mais intéressant. Épaisseur moyenne de la mousse qui persiste également moyennement. Liquide ambré et voilé. La chaleur d’alcool frappe le palais en premier, suivie d’un coté vineux et miellé pour finir en amertume terreuse et herbacée soutenue par l’alcool. Notes de vin blanc agrémenté de pommes, de miel, avec une base maltée caramélisée. Le coté épicé est complètement effacé. La finale mi- sèche présente un léger résiduel de sucres du malt soutenu par une amertume assez terreuse. Le corps est très rond et la carbonatation plutôt faible. Vineuse, miellée, maltée, avec un alcool assez prenant, cette bière est plutôt hors style mais présente un aspect assez original. Note de passage. This 473-ml can was purchased at Ça Coule à Flots in La Prairie, Quebec, a fantastic well-curated craft beer store with an excellent regional selection, from a very knowledgeable and helpful staffer who helped me curate some beers I had not previously had – so a big thank you to her! Pours brown with a trace of white head and lots of clingy lacing. Aroma: brown sugar, earth, raisins. Flavor: scorched earth, brown sugar, molasses, smoked maple syrup, black pepper, burnt toast.
