maeib	3.1 Fen Red Fox Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Leicester BF. A copper coloured beer with a tiny beige puddle atop. The aroma has diacetyl sadly to add to the predominant maltiness. The taste also has diacetly but there’s a certain citric hoppiness as well as a balancing malt. The diacetly dissipates slowly and it becomes a fairly decent drink. Saturday, March 17, 2007
