*2011er 75cl-bottle. Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen, Champagner-Hefe. Spritzige Perlage, trocken-getreidig.

Thanks for sharing Roman! Pours a foggy brilliant yellow orange with a white head that falls to a skim layer. Lots of fruit and some sweet malt on the nose a touch of sour mash aroma too. The taste follows the nose with the sweetness leading off, some fruitiness in the middle and a crisp dryness ending the procession. Fairly light in body and nicely carbonated.

I’d say it’s worth visiting Hanover even if you only have time to sample one beer, if you go to the HBX brewpub and sample it fresh, damn that was nice!

Clear daek brwon color, nice looking tan head, going to light brown. Sweet, malty, some banana esters, yeast, fresh, chocolate and coffee scent. Sweet, malty, chocolate, herbal bitter taste that finishes with a long roasted lingering coffee like tone. Very fresh and very nice. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
It’s one of those beers when you’re thinking you need to get your ass to the brewpub to try it again, as well as their other beers. So I think I shall, in the next few days will visit the brewery for some more good beers, yay.
To finish off, if you go to Hanover, make sure to get this one, I’m sure you won’t be dissapointed.
