Originally posted by estover Art and I were discussing doing a themed blind tasting sometime where we /Nick a style and those of us who trade can bring a few of the new popular Beers of the style and those who don’t can bring some of the classics and see how they compare. I believe those dates all work for me. |
Blind Malt liquor tasting? |
Blind tasting sounds like a boss idea. |
Would we be graded? |
I think we could still do a blind tasting that’s not particular to style. As long as we don’t know what each other is bringing, I still think it would be interesting to drink stuff blindly and.not know wat it is. |
January 17th won’t work for me any more. Sorry for being such a high-maintenance bitch. |
london1o1, any thoughts between the 10th or 24th? I’ll set up an event right after that. |
Sorry I was MIA there. I think the 10th sounds marginally better than the 24th to me, but barring weird work stuff coming up, I should be able to do either. I like the idea of a blind tasting of a particular style, and should be able to dig up something good to bring regardless of the style picked. If we don’t do that, and anybody is looking to bring anything that could be verticalled, and wants to coordinate, let me know. I’ve got a bunch of old crap. |
Here we go, if we have trouble with the 10th we can always push it back to the 24th. Cheers! |
