I’m not exactly sure why you’re hung up on the female part but it’s about a 50/50 split on who is drinking this stuff.

As far as the other, this stuff is pre mixed, ready to go, cold, and cheap. Like $2. Not everyone is willing to invest in a jug of vokda. It seems to me more of an on the go thing. Pound one of these on the way to the bar or during your commute after work. Sitting in a parking lot before a sports match. Basically going places where it would be a pain to bring a cocktail.
