But it might be similar. They’ve been tapping versions of wild yeast Matilda over the last year or two. Matilda Brux was first.. and Matilda Lambicus has been at a couple events (Though I have missed it or not been at said events)..

I’ve seen the list...many odds and ends, but BA 9000 and Black Note were the heavy hitters. By open at 11am on Friday.
