"Everyone that doesn’t like HF seems to have something against the branding or the fanboyism but I think they’d be hard-pressed to blame the beer." |

HF’s beer, particularly the pale ales and saisons, are consistently just subtly addicting. That soft well water, those clean, restrained, balanced flavors... it’s a "whole is greater than the sum of its parts" thing for me. All the parts are Top 10% but are put together in a way that bumps the package up to Top 1%. |

I think any home brewer or commercial brewer that has tasted Mr. Hills brews (regardless of the style) Knows that his beers are completely legit. Even if you don’t like the man, he brews some really great beer. |
I’ve been drinking it since they opened, back when there was tiny crowds for bottle releases and you can just drive up and go to the festivals. It was #1 then, and definitely still #1. It seems in ordewr to excel as a brewery you need to be a perfectionist and can not be driven by money. (investors or non-brewing owners really kill it) |

I would say something but then the boostbros would call me out as the next Cobra. |
