Nice to hear "my" Ramsgate turned out so nice for our Ian. Wish I’d been there, and we might well have been there now if not for us deciding to send me off to Oregon next week instead. Is the Ravensgate growing on you?
Message SarkyNorthener beers 5200 º places 142 º 04:34 Sun 6/14/2015 Black Country Ales have recently taken over a run down pub in Burton on Trent called The Dog on Lichfield Street. I haven’t visited it yet but it has 11 cask and cider pumps so will be well worth a visit if you are in the area. They are talking about opening a pub in Worcester city centre too. Would be good to see more of these run down pubs being taken over by microbreweries rather than Tesco.

I have delivered to their warehouse and the selection of breweries they buy from is impressive. Almost all their pubs are good and offer guests as well as their own brews. Seems a good company. <*))))))><

Ravensgate was better yesterday as Alistair was in so gave me someone to talk to plus they have started doing good priced burgers 5 or 6 quid a pop. 4 rates so good for me. It’s no Montefiore though. Spent a happy 2 hours drinking Gadds and Burning Sky whilst reading Scandinoir

I was there in May, in mild month, and now he’s got Gadds’ mild on? Do Thorley have a reputation for being somewhat ... conservative? Do keep an eye on the Red Lion when you’re there, she’s had EXCELLENT Hophead and No 3 on.

I will get my mum on the case to find out more or maybe text Gazza to see if he knows anything further.

Many more for any non Kent types.

List looks good. Even though they have forgotten to get any beers from Lincolnshire and Shropshire. <*))))))><
