If North Wales counts as the Shires then a new place called The Bridge Inn in Conwy added to Rb. For a small town there’s a few decent places there now. Manvsbeer was in town too but sadly our paths didn’t cross |

Originally posted by Fin They seem to be playing their cards close to their chest on any more info. This is all they have released at the moment. Which is not a lot at all. http://www.blackcountryales.co.uk/new-pub-2/ |
Originally posted by imdownthepub Hi Glen, I didn’t know about it but thanks for the tip. I note from your place rating it is not open at weekends, which is fine by me as we probably drink in Oxford more frequently in the week from time to time combining with a gig. Cheers for the shire folk tip off. |
Originally posted by Fin I thought that with yours and Loz’s University connections that you may have know about it. Everything indicates that it is a private club, but they seem to welcome everyone at present. I think you will like it, it will replace The Turf Tavern for us on our normal tour. |
The Pheasantry Brewery is having a beer festival / family weekend 26th to the 28th |
Warwick for us this Friday. There is a reasonable mix there now, a Micro Pub, a good Free House and a Brew Pub along with a couple of other places worth visiting. |
