Originally posted by vacax It sounds like the Bruery’s system where the unsold stuff goes to the public, so if you want access to the limited stuff you have to join the club. From their website: Are the beers exclusive?: YES! These beers will not be offered to the general public unless not purchased by FLS members in the allocated time. |
Here are a couple more only semi-legitimate breweries: |

Chris Anderson started Coachella Valley Brewing. He used to brew at Midnight Sun back in the day. I’ve been lucky enough to try his homebrewed sours after he left Midnight Sun and they are as good as many of the authentic Belgian sours I’ve had. |
Not a new brewery update, but Monkish had a 3.9% table saison on right now that is killer. Highly recommend swinging by to try it. |
If Monkish can actually pull these off, it gives me hope that more than just Sante Adairius can make a saison in California. |
I guess Beach City is open now (Huntington Beach). Will have to stop in on the way home from work some time soon. |
Looks like there will be another new brewer in Huntington Beach at some point, too: Four Sons Brewing |
