Last question, wheat is milled, do you have a scale? I did a little extra just in case, and I wanted to clear as much basemalt out as I could first. I can weigh it here to 7 pounds, or just bring the whole bag (probably like 12 pounds) over and we can do it at your place. |
I lied, that was the second to last question. Do we want any water salts? Have CaCl2, CaSO4, CaCO3, we also have kettle coagulant, and zinc for yeast nutrient. Just thinking of some things that I could bring along if we want. |
