"I have a keg of our (904) Weissguy for you guys for the bus. On tap in the brewery will be a keg of our Doolittle Rye Saison. It is an 8.5% abv Saison with 11% rye malt in the bill. I have a Firkin of our Route 90 Session IPA. It weighs in at 4.8% abv 5.1 SRM and 48 IBU. It is hop bursted with Columbus and Citra hops. All of the hop additions are very late in the boil and massive. For this Firkin I added more citra in the cask and Krausened it from another active batch of the same beer rather than priming sugar for carbonation."
