Had a sour one over the weekend. Kind of interesting, actually.

It’s nice to see a brewer say "we simply do not know" as to why a problem occurred. Nice, honest and bullshit free.

Maybe one day I’ll get to try a non-soured Black Tot. Sounded like I’d enjoy it.

Hopefully, other brewers with QC issues will follow Adam’s lead.

No need to name names as we all know those about whom I speak.

In related news, if you have an unopened sour black tot, you can send it to me and I’ll empty it for you and send it to Avery free of charge.

Wow. Avery’s reputation with me just went up about 10,000 percent. Way to serve as an example of EXACTLY how breweries should act.

dude, you kick ass! I wish every (anyone?) was this generous and direct and fair. Despite all the hate on the sour Tot, I want you to know that I am extremely excited to crack open and embrace the sourness of the bottle of Depuceleuse sitting next to me. Just a coincidence I bring it in the room to open, sit down at my computer and see this thread. I am going to enjoy it even more now knowing the level of care and concern that went into it

Avery for president!!!
