Price of Two Hearted Ale and Alpha King

I have a friend coming back from the Midwest with these two beers for me. He won’t tell me how much he paid for them so I can pay him back. Can someone tell me how much they’re going for over there? They’re both 12 oz bottles.

They are each about ten a sixpack.

I guess it depends which state. I have been paying more like $11 or $ 12 for each.

Alpha King is $10 from the brewery, probably a few bucks more elsewhere.

SMR in Ohio for Alpha King is $12.99, last I saw. For Bell’s Two Hearted bottles it’s $10.99. Two Hearted 4pk cans are $9.99.

I would assume he paid around $2.50 for the Two Hearted and up to $3.50 for the Alpha King. Add an extra buck for tax and change. But instead of simply forcing $7 on him, return the favor by buying him a fun bomber or a drink/food next time you guys are out at a bar/restaurant.
