Anyone had Siren - Half Mast or Weird Beard - Small things that kill?

Both amazing light hoppy numbers.

No sounds interesting had little things that kill, will this be at CPK on the 12th August

Perhaps....

I’ll take that as yes :)

Well, I’ve just polished off 2x 1pt 6fl oz bottles of Green Flash Imperial IPA (from Craft beer shop) so I’m very nicely oiled! (Wife says that I smell like a brewery) Trying to work out what beer I should I have next, maybe a Fullers 1845.

You not got a Good Beer guide Leighton? Anchor Springs brewery tap - the Crown, 29 High Street. Also New Inn, 5 Norfolk Street - Courage best, Arundel Gold, Arundel seasonal + 1 guest.

Various assorted Partizan saisons went down very well in the yesterday’s swelter. Windsor & Eton Parklife really hit the spot a few days back.

Anyone else also enjoying the rogering the Aussies are getting today?

Been watching Chris Froome in yellow today.

Could be a good sporting day tomorrow. Chris Froome is home & dry. Finish off the Aussies. Conclude with Lee Westwood winning the Open.

Would be good to see the cocky Aussies finished off and Lee Westwood certainly deserves a major but Chris Froome is a ’plastic’ Brit so if he wins in Paris tomorrow it doesn’t really count in my book.

Thornbridge Tzara: excellent thirst quencher (draught at the Sheffield Tap)
De Molen Single Hop Citra: on draught at Pivni, York. Summer refresher.

Last night was some Budvar Dark & Pilsner Urquell which were just fine for a very hot north west evening. I’d love to have the
chance to get to these amazing sounding places in the capital.

This week, we’re staying in the Peak District, so a visit to Bakewell and Thornbridge is on the cards and a case or two of something hoppy to while the summer evenings away with.
