I stopped by Bitter Brothers Brewing on Friday. It is a small-ish place and they have a couple fairly solid beers. At least one of the brewers came from White Labs.

Message t0rin0 P beers 102 º places 1528 º 16:17 Sun 4/3/2016 I gave Second Chance a second chance, still just ok. Pure Project isn’t bad, neat story about coming here from Costa Rica. Next door is the new location for Amplified Ales. Sounds like they’re brewing already but don’t have the tasting room open yet. Fun fact: the brewer from Pure Project is the brewer from Boulder Creek in northern CA that burned down last year.

Message t0rin0 P beers 102 º places 1528 º 20:55 Sun 4/3/2016 Refilled on fatty German food at Tip Top and now at Urge / Mason in Oceanside. It’s ok. Almost forgot, la jolla is a cool spot but the beer is sweet, classic American style junk.

Message Naven beers 1000 º places 109 º 23:34 Sun 4/3/2016 Isn’t Vendome in BH? I Went to Southland Beer in Koreatown 2 weeks ago and found it to be solid. It’s a good 5 miles from BH though.
Message rcubed beers 35 º 09:47 Mon 4/4/2016 Yeah I’ve already mentioned Resident in the other thread. For having a brewer with a solid background, Mason is rather average/mediocre right now. Amplified is indeed brewing out of the location next to Pure Project. Not sure when they will open but their beers are on draft at the Kali Kabob place in PB.
Message t0rin0 P beers 102 º places 1528 º 10:07 Mon 4/4/2016 Is there anything missing from the SD brewery listing? After yesterdays excursion I think I’m down to 4 breweries left to visit and I’ll be heading back in two weeks for Veritas and the Mikkeller opening. Thinking that for the first (and probably only) time in my life I’ll be able to say that I’ve been to all the open SD breweries. As far as I know it’s just Home Brewing Co Resident Brewing Magnetic Bolt - Little Italy
