Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, rhubarb, alcohol, intensive apples, rich, alcohol - glue - phenol, maybe also some oxidide apples, caramelized apples. Initial flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic, finish flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, initial flavor is harsh something, glue - phenol - alcohol, sharp, so IMO: this initial flavor is really not good - must likely infected. Finish flavor is caramelized apple - caramelized apple sugar - caramelized apple syrup, apple syrup, rich apple, dry. IMO: finish flavor is quit nice but very hard to drink because of the initial flavors. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming, dry and light alcoholic. A hazy bright tangerine orange. No head (on the cider). Medium sour with some underlying. Before the tangy sourness kicks up a notch into the finish. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation.
