Deep blond color, hazy; it’s extremely carbonated, therefore it has a huge head and a persistent perlage. Light hop and malt aroma. Good mouthfeel, strong; it has some flavor characteristics of a Helles, with good dry malt, but it’s rounder. Pleasant.

Cloudy dark amber color; medium sized creamy head. The aroma has some caramel, malt, ashes and very light dirty water, also very light fruits. Good body structure; the mouthfeel is smooth; malt and caramel flavor, quite rich for this kind of beer; balanced and with correct bitterness. In the final there is an accent of roastiness and nuts, pleasant.
Maybe it lacks in freshness, but it’s enjoyable.

Cloudy orange-amber color; generous head. The smoke aroma is evident but delicate, The carbonation is too high, and it’s a bit disturbing; it has a good malt backbone, well structured, with a biscuity touch, and a limited but necessary residual sweetness; the smoke, again, is soft, sweet; luckily there is no trace of ashes. Correct bitterness.
This brew is very pleasant.

Bottle 33 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Nice veiled blonde with immaculate foam. Malted flavor with touches of orange and yeast. We taste at first the sweetness, toffy, then hoppy bitterness which emerges more and more. A little crispy and well made. Aptly named.

Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Beer color of fire, under a beige plentiful and cloudy foam. Explosion of fruity and honeyed flavors at the opening. Smell malty and spicy, notes of stone fruits and butter-diacetyl. The taste is soft, but full, light and carbonated body. The spices coat the palate and the slightly bitter of kernel, in a dry and honeyed finish.

Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Golden blond, effervescent and persistent white foam. Malty perfume, sweet and fruity. Greedy beer, indeed in mouth, with notes of orange, spices and smoke. A beer, at the middling label that attracts the attention yet. Rubbings of bitterness in the final, a length malt and smoke. Note for collectors: the label is of very poor quality.

Bottle 33 cl from Bierladen in Schwarzenburg (CH). Cloudy orange with beautiful white foam and the venting is fine but thick. Freshness on the hop, the malt and grapefruit. Good bitterness brings a deep sensation hops, notes of yeast and tobacco. The finish is very dry, bitter and persistent. For Switzerland, not the "consumer" kind and the label, of a distressing commonplace, does not give envy to try it.

Hop resin, ginger, grapefruit, burnt match, very faint chlorine, clove, cinnamon and sweat in the nose- very interesting with a subdued hop profile which is rather impressive; inviting. A lot of clove and ginger in the taste which is accompanied by cinnamon and orange peel. Surprisingly good bitterness. Nice palate. Little carbonation. Decent lacework. Medium to full bodied. Warming on the swallow leading to a dry hoppy finish which is reminiscent of grapefruit, clove, blood orange and orange peel. Great hop profile. A beer with plenty of character- remarkably pleasant.
