caribou43	3.1 Amboss 5 Amber I picked up this bottle in one Coop supermarket in Zürich. I drank this bottle yesterday at home, in Lausanne after the job. In my opinion, it is a beer without surprise, of course it is drinkable but you don't have to expect the paradise of the beerhunters. The color is brown/copper and clear, regular carbonation, thin and white foam. The taste is basic and for an amber the taste is metalic and dry with malt, some notes of sugar, hop. The taste is tough directly at the first attack. It is ok but I won't drink it again. Sunday, September 3, 2017

neur0	2.1 Amboss 5 Blonde (Flasche) Es hat eine sehr hellgelbe Farbe, fast wässrig, klar filtriert mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist recht getreidig, mit Honig, Tanne und etwas Pappdeckel. neur0	2.8 Amboss 5 Amber (Flasche) Es hat eine messing- bis bronzeartige Färbung, ist klar filtriert mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist süß, sehr karamellig, etwas nach frischem Laub und im Kopf ein klein bisschen Birne. Des Geschmack ist sehr, sehr schlank, würzig, leicht metallisch mit einer breiten Süße und kaum Bittere. Der Abgang ist eine Mischung aus süßer Birne und dem Geschmack von Speiseöl. Aftertaste is also short with perhaps the slightest hints of hops. In general this is not a strong tasting amber, but it’s also very unobtrusive. Absolutbeerginer	1.6 Amboss 5 Amber Bière d’apparence brillante, ambrée, avec une mousse blanche, peu persistante, aux pores larges. Bière de fermentation basse. Au nez, le malt est bien présent. Céréales fraîches. Arôme de beurre, buiscuit, caramel léger. C’est une bière pétillante, dans la catégorie suisse des bières spéciales/bières de fêtes. Corps moyen. L’amertume est très prononcée au début puis retombe vite pour laisser la place à un goût plus sucré. Texture crémeuse qui reste en bouche sur la longueur.
