mcberko	3.4 Wagner Dessertmet Olmohonig Purchased in 2010. 750mL bottle, pours a clear full copper golden, no head. Nose brings out plenty of oxidation, lots of wildflower honey, and booze. Flavour is likewise oxidized—there’s lots of cardboard oxidation, but it’s not offensive—there’s intensely sweet wildflower honey. It’s not intensely complex, nor does it have a syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, chestnut, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is thin - watery and sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. Smell is floral and tiny nutty with honey, pale caramel, sassafras bubblegum, minerals and alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet and floral. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny dry, boozy and medium bodied.
