Schlenkerla29	2.6 La Cibeles Rubia Tief altgolden, fein getrübt und nahezu schaumfrei tritt das Rubia von La Cibeles zum Test an. In der Duftprobe treffe ich auf etwas Hefe, liebliches getreidiges Malz und eine milde zitronige Hopfung. Es eröffnet schlank getreidig-malzig mit deutlicher Toffeenote und einer milden, eher unauffälligen Hopfung. Diese bietet blasse Anklänge an Zitrone und Mandarine. Bei verhaltener Rezenz und feiner Hefeweichheit läuft das schlanke Helle widerstandslos die Kehle hinab. Den Schlusspunkt setzt eine aromatisch vage, matt zitrusfruchtige Herbe, eine sanfte gefällige Altersnote schließt sich im Nachgang an. Eher belanglos, dieses zwar durchaus erfrischende, jedoch weitestgehend zahnlose Helle aus Spanien. Sunday, April 7, 2024

FACambridge	2.1 La Cibeles Castaña Appearance : Muddy brown after large amount of sediment from the pour. Practically no carbonation, looks flat. Aroma : Malty toffee, a little red fruit & yeast. Taste : Thinnish body. Very lightly bitter throughout. Flavour is a watery toffee maltiness with merest hints of fruit & chestnut. Whilst not horrible, it's pretty dull & below average. Taste : Body just about medium when the light oily texture boost is factored in. Moderate hoppy bitterness throughout but no citric bite particulary. Strong orange & malt dominate flavour. labeerinthum	3.2 La Cibeles Imperial IPA Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa e dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, mango, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale. Saturday, July 2, 2022

Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità.
