Crisp bright estery flavor that’s full and rich with light Belgian estery tasty notes. Really charming and normal. Sunday, February 11, 2024
onceblind	4.1 Big Texan Whiskey Barrel Stout Black pour with a thin khaki head. Lovely dark molasses and chocolate aroma with brown sugar and oak undertones. Mellow flavor that’s semisweet and cocoa malty with hints of vanilla and wood and bourbon, with a light roasty malty cocoa finish. Sunday, February 11, 2024
onceblind	3.1 Big Texan Rattlesnake IPA Slightly hazy rich golden with a thin white head. Big resinous west coast aroma that’s dank and piney and slightly caramelly. Slightly DMS flavor that’s golden malty and lightly resinous and grassy. Plain Jane and ok, not super clean. Sunday, February 11, 2024

coasternut	2.8 Big Texan 1836 Chocolate Bock Lager Last beer I had from my flight in 2018 while passing through Texas. This Is a decent beer for a chocolate lager, though it is a little watery on the mouthfeel. The Coffee is a little strong for my taste as I don't like coffee. Thursday, February 1, 2024
coasternut	3.2 Big Texan Whoop Your Donkey Probably the best beer in the flight I got. It had a good mouthfeel, and the aroma was decent. The ABV was quite noticeable for a 9.2 beer. I hate to give bad reviews but when I have had so many beers of these styles that are better what can you do. Thursday, February 1, 2024
